Woohoo!!! I lost an incredible 1.3kg since last week. Can you tell I’m over the moon? 😀
Part of it is probably water because my legs and feet are a lot less swollen. But I’ve also been really good with eating less / healthy and working out this week.
I’ve been to the gym on Tuesday and Thursday, then figured why wait another week and went swimming on Sunday. It felt so good to be in the water again. I still felt self-conscious about my body. But we chose an indoor pool nearby and there were mostly seniors and small children. Plus, we actually spent the entire time swimming and I completes 12 lanes within roughly an hour. I forgot how exhausting swimming can be and how bad I am at getting ahead as fast as I’d like to. But I managed and I figure this, too, will improve over time.
We’re probably going to the pool again today. It was supposed to be a gym day but with the weather being so nice, I figured we could make good use of it and go to the outdoor pool this time. It’s good to change the routine a little every now and then.
